Michele L. Ellis, CPA, joined the staff of the Kansas Area United Methodist Foundation on February 1, 2007 as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Michele was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas.  She graduated from Nickerson High School.  Michele received her Bachelor of Science – Accounting from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.  She has successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant exam.

Michele has 10 years experience in income taxation, auditing and general accounting.
