The Church Development Loan Fund of the Kansas Area United Methodist Foundation was created to make low-cost, competitive financing available to qualifying United Methodist Churches in Kansas, and also for the annual conferences, districts and related agencies and organizations. Since 1996, the Foundation's staff has helped 71 qualified borrowers with loans totaling $15,136,665. But the Foundation lends more than money: we lend you our support, our counsel and our expertise. The Foundation will work to help you realistically plan for a project without compromising your existing ministries. From our experienced loan officers who work with only United Methodist Churches and related organizations to our dedicated support staff, your loan needs will be managed with integrity, efficiency and commitment.

To apply for a loan, you must complete the loan application in fill and furnish the requested supplementary documents. The application form that is contained in the Church Development Loan Fund Manual is also available at the following link as a PDF fill-in form. You may complete the requested application form using this fill-in form, and then print the completed application form, have it signed by the appropriate persons on page 8, and mail it to the Foundation along with other supporting documents that are requested for the loan application. You can save your PDF fill-in application form to your computer to allow to to complete the application form over time before you print it.
