The Church Development Loan Fund of the Kansas Area United Methodist Foundation was created to make low-cost, competitive financing available to qualifying United Methodist Churches in Kansas, and also for the annual conferences, districts and related agencies and organizations. Since 1996, the Foundation's staff has helped 61 qualified borrowers with loans totaling $12,992,000. But the Foundation lends more than money: we lend you our support, our counsel and our expertise. The Foundation will work to help you realistically plan for a project without compromising your existing ministries. From our experienced loan officers who work with only United Methodist Churches and related organizations to our dedicated support staff, your loan needs will be managed with integrity, efficiency and commitment.
