Certificates of Participation Kansas United Methodists can invest in their own future...as well as the future of United Methodist churches and agencies. The innovative Church Development Loan Program makes loans to Kansas United Methodist churches and agencies for new buildings, additions, renovations and land. It is funded by Certificates of Participation which are available to United Methodists for a minimum investment of $1,000. The foundation pays certificate holders competitive interest rates on the certificates with one- or two-year maturities. |
